I understand that starting therapy can be daunting, which is why I try to make every session calm, friendly, and pressure-free.
All sessions take place in my relaxing garden studio, a peaceful, neutral oasis to shut out the noise of the outside world.
Each session lasts for 50 minutes and can take place on a short or long-term basis as needed. No two sessions are the same; each one is completely personal to you and your needs.
Have you ever tried to talk to friends and family about your anxiety, only to be interrupted with unhelpful advice? Our Couselling sessions can help.
Or perhaps they try to relate, but just end up talking about themselves. Specialised therapy for anxiety allows you to focus on yourself without judgement, find out what’s causing your anxiety, and develop tools for managing it in day-to-day life.
Symptoms of generalised anxiety disorder vary from person to person, but include constant worrying, a sense of dread and difficulty concentrating.
It’s thought that 1 in 6 people will experience depression at some point in their lives.
Despite this, it can feel like an incredibly lonely place. If you hate to burden family and friends or feel like you have no one to turn to, expert therapy for depression can truly turn your life around.
It’s a proven way of tackling mood disorders by discovering what’s causing them. With better self-awareness and understanding, it’s much easier to identify negative thought patterns and stop them in their tracks.
Unresolved trauma can stem from something as simple as not feeling heard as a child to physical or mental abuse, injury, or loss.
You might not even know that you have experienced trauma due to the mind’s tendency to repress painful memories and emotions. Nevertheless, trauma can severely interfere with our present thoughts, feelings, and actions.
This therapy helps you to unpack and resolve the subconscious thoughts that are impacting your current state of mind, leading to a lighter, brighter future.
