Life is full of diversity and no two clients are the same, just as no two sessions are the same. I strive to help you reach your ‘light-bulb’ moment and to put tools and techniques in place to help you embark on a mentally healthy journey.
Person-centred therapy is traditionally led by you, but if you don’t feel comfortable talking yet, I’ll gently guide our sessions until you do.
